Phil Neale, CEO and founder of social alarm clock app Snoozle left a marketing manager role at Tesco to launch his app fulltime. He had the idea at university when his girlfriend at the time sent him voice messages on Blackberry Messenger, which he manually set as his alarm tone for the next day.
